If Freud Had Been An Astronomer

Okay, yes, I'm busy, but I saw this pic and decided to post a quickie. Nature has some interesting shapes, no? The shot depicts "the pillars of creation" in the Eagle Nebula. Well, I suppose creation has something to do with it.

I googled too:-)

Tina, glad you enjoyed the pic.

Lane, the "pillars of creation" are one of the formations in a larger gas cloud called the Eagle Nebula. They can only be seen within the nebula with a high resolution telescope. How ya been? -:)

That is magical, Billy. Takes me way out of here! I'm glad you're busy. I hope it's a good thing.
God bless.

I'm with Tina.
Nebulae are one of my favorite things. The best & brightest creations in nature. No painting will ever compare with the majesty & beauty of even the most "mundane" nebula.

I'm still here, folks, and feel bad I haven't visited your blogs but I'm going to try to set up a schedule so that I can keep in touch. You are the salt of the earth.

Charles, guilty. Freud would have had a field day with me.

Sandy, yes I'm busy but I'd rather go out to play -:)

Lana, correctomundo. "Mundane nebulae"--an oxymoron.

Hi Marja, good to hear from you! Hope you are feeling better these days.

Deb, gracias. I personally thought it was humorous. It really is the only substantive part of the post LOL.

Casdok, what's up these days?

paisley, thanks for the heads up!

Scott, hey, how's it goin'> If Spielberg can't do it, then it must be grand.

Jo, I miss reading your kick ass poetry and prose-poems.
